Hello, I wanted to tell you that I am in Formentera, a small and beautiful Spanish island located in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea. In my country house I have my workshop where with the help of my family and friends we produce each of the orders with great love and dedication.
The deadlines are, once the purchase is made, between 15 and 20 days of PRODUCTION (take into account the statement of the website where we are updating the production times, they vary according to the number of orders we have at that time) and then the shipments were made through the official post offices of the country, which usually takes within Spain from 7 to 10 days and the rest of Europe between 10 and 20 days (When the shipment is already done you will receive an email notifying you that your order is on its way.
If you need the jewel urgently you can contact us through EXPRESS PRODUCTION, the production time is 5 days and has an extra cost of € 20.
For purchases over €200, shipping is free within the European Union.
URGENT shipments within SPAIN 10 euros. At the moment I don't do express shipments outside.

EXCHANGE OR RETURN POLICY:
If you are not satisfied with your product, you have a period of 10 days to return it or exchange it for another piece.
RETURNS:
If you receive your jewelry and do not feel satisfied with your order, a refund of 100% of the value of the product will be made once the jewel arrives back to our workshop, the cost of the first shipment is not refunded. In the case of returning the product, the cost of the return shipment will be borne by the customer.
Returns of custom-made products. If the jewel you return is personalized and you have requested a modification of the original design, the refund will be 70% of the cost of the product.
When the shipments are not received by the customer for not contacting the postal company for collection, once the package returns to our workshop the refund will be 70% of the cost of the product.
Keep in mind that our work is on request and artisanal, deciding not to receive the product once done demands production, design and manufacturing time. The 30% that we retain is in concept of payment of the design time and customization of the jewel.
CHANGES:
You can exchange your piece for any other, if the difference is greater you can pay me separately, and if the difference is smaller I will refund you. The cost of both outward and return shipping is borne by the customer.
REPAIR:
In case your part suffers any damage due to a manufacturing problem, send me a photo of it to see the problem and I will send you a new part or repair it. If the piece breaks or suffers any damage because of you or the passage of time I can't take care of this, but do not hesitate to write to me that we can look for a solution!
CUSTOM RINGS:
When ordering your ring, make sure you take the measurement of your finger correctly, I will do it exactly the size you ask me. In case the ring is big or small you can write to me and I will repair it to your measure but you will have to take care of the cost of the new shipment of the piece (7 euros).
